The inaugural meeting of the UC Criminal Justice & Health Consortium took place at the Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco. This meeting was attended by 100 members and speakers included Brie Williams (UCSF), Craig Haney (UCSC), Glenn E. The spring meeting of the UC Criminal Justice & Health Consortium took place at UCSF's Laurel Heights Campus. This meeting was attended by over 120 members and speakers included Newton Kendig (Former Medical Director of Federal Bureau of Prisons), Soffiyah Elijah (Correctional Association of New York) and Gina Clayton (Essie Justice Group).
