I am a forensic psychiatrist with a specialty in all phases of capital litigation as well as being an “expert” in correctional psychiatry. As a correctional psychiatrist, I have worked as a plaintiffs’ expert in a number of high-profile prison and jail cases. I have also been a consultant for the Department of Justice (Civil Rights Division) and have been a court-appointed expert in several prison matters.
